Although we do not have a car park, there is permit free on road parking surrounding the salon so it is always super easy to get parked!

You can book a appointment with us via the ‘book now’ link on our homepage which will redirect you to Fresha. Alternatively, you can contact us here.

Please add the following into your message/email:

  • Preferred time & dates you’re hoping to book in for
  • What you’re wanting to book in for (haircut, colour, colour & cut)

This will allow us to get back to you and get you booked in more promptly.

Yes, absolutely. We always recommend and welcome new clients to come in for a complimentary consultation. It is a great opportunity to meet one of our stylists and for you to see the salon, you can explain to us what you want to have done and we can then get you booked in for the correct amount of time & service. This also means that we can then skin test you if you’re booking in to have a colour service done with us.

Of course. We always love to see pictures of what you like and think you would like to have done. However, please keep in mind that pictures are more for inspiration due to filters, your own hair type etc.

Yes. We offer fringe trims for new & existing clients, this is charged at £5 and is available to book on the day that you want to pop by (subject to availability).

You must be 16 years or older to have your hair coloured with us.

Yes, children aged 12 years and above.

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. The policy is as follows:

– If cancelling your appointment with us within 48hrs to 24hrs, this will result in a 50% cancellation charge.
– If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to turn up to your scheduled appointment, this will result in a 100% charge.

You will be sent a confirmation link of your appointment via text and/or email.

Please follow that link and confirm your appointment with us. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.

If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we may not be able to carry out the service if you are over 15 minutes late and this will result in the cancellation fee being charged.

Yes – skin allergy tests are compulsory. This must be carried out anytime up until 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Please note – we cannot carry out your colour service if this hasn’t been done and you will be charged the cancellation fee if failing to have your skin test results in having to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour cancellation period.

Due to limited seating, we kindly request that clients do not bring friends, relatives or children in to wait for them throughout the duration of their hair service.

Yes, we do offer perms over the age of 16.

Consultations are compulsory before booking a perm service. This allows our perm specialist to look at your hair and what you want to achieve.
