About Mollie

Meet Mollie, the vibrant force behind Cavell & Co., At the remarkable age of 25, Mollie embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, fuelled by her unwavering passion for hairdressing and business acumen.
With her NVQ Level 2 & 3 certifications in hairdressing, Mollie laid a strong foundation for her career early on. Her affinity for the craft led her to delve into the intricate world of hair colour, earning recognition as a L’Oréal Colour Specialist. At just 21, Mollie’s talent shone brightly as she secured a coveted spot on the esteemed L’Oréal ID Artist Team.
Mollie’s expertise has graced prestigious platforms, from leading shows at Norwich Fashion Week to contributing her skills to London Fashion Week. Her journey with L’Oréal includes presenting at the L’Oréal Colour Trophy and judging awards for Norwich City College hairdressing competitions.
Remarkably, she has clinched the grand finalist title four times in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy and emerged as the Eastern Region winner for the L’Oréal Colour Star Award.
Passionate about nurturing talent, Mollie takes pride in leading and training her team at Cavell & Co. She finds joy in teaching and fostering the growth of apprentices, embodying her belief in the power of teamwork and support. Beyond traditional hairdressing, Mollie’s quest for learning led her to specialise in non-surgical hair systems for men, establishing Norwich Hair Replacement under her purview. This diversification underscores her commitment to meeting diverse needs within her community.

About Lucy

Meet Lucy, with a wealth of experience and a dedication to continuous growth, Lucy is your go-to stylist for all things hair! Lucy’s journey began at Norwich City College, where she not only obtained NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications but also a great friendship with salon owner Mollie. It was here that Lucy’s passion for training and development took root, propelling her to pursue her LCTC Level 3 in hairdressing. Armed with this extensive knowledge and expertise, Lucy is committed to not only advancing her own career but also uplifting others in the industry. But Lucy’s quest for excellence didn’t stop there. She became a certified
BeautyWorks hair extensionist, ensuring that her clients have access to the latest in hair extension technology and techniques. Driven by a desire to offer her clients the very best, Lucy honed her cutting and styling skills at the esteemed BlueTit London
Academy. Here, she delved into the world of precision cutting, ensuring that each client receives a bespoke haircut that perfectly complements their unique style and personality. In 2019, Lucy auditioned for and secured a coveted spot on the prestigious L’Oréal ID Artist Team for Session & Styling—a testament to her talent and dedication. As a member of this elite program, Lucy had the opportunity to work alongside industry giants, including globally renowned hair colourist Jack Howard. From London Fashion Week to the L’Oréal Academy in Paris, Lucy’s journey with the ID Artist Team was nothing short of extraordinary. In 2023, Lucy’s talents were further recognised when she became a grand finalist in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Colour Specialist Award, where Lucy stood out as one of the top 14, showcasing her unparalleled skill and creativity on a national stage. Meet Darcy, a vibrant member of our team who brings her passion for hairdressing to every client she serves. Darcy’s journey in the world of hair began at the young age of 15 when she embarked on her career path with unwavering determination. Joining Cavell & Co in 2022, Darcy’s experience and expertise have been honed over years of dedication to her craft. Her journey began at Norwich City College, where she meticulously cultivated her skills and achieved her NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications. In 2023, Darcy’s talent was recognised on a grand scale when she became a grand finalist in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy ‘Colour Star Award’, marking her fourth time as a finalist in the prestigious competition. Her dedication to her craft shines through in every aspect of hairdressing, from precise cutting to creative colouring, from men’s barbering to elegant hair-ups. Always eager to expand her expertise, Darcy is a firm believer in continuous learning. She actively seeks out courses to enhance her skills, which led her to become a Keratin Revolution hair smoothing specialist. Furthermore, Darcy is passionate about curly hair, having recently attended the Davroe Curl Masterclass to deepen her knowledge and embrace her own natural curls, enriching both her personal and professional life. Darcy’s expertise extends to the art of perming, making her our in-salon perm specialist. Additionally, she serves as the head trainer for our amazing hair-washing and head massage techniques, ensuring that every client enjoys a truly relaxing
and rejuvenating experience. Not content with keeping her knowledge to herself, Darcy finds joy in teaching and mentoring the younger members of our team, sharing her wisdom and experience to help them grow. Meet Millie, a valued member of the Cavell & Co team, having been with us since the very beginning in 2019. She started as a Saturday girl and worked her way up to become a skilled stylist and colourist on the salon floor. Millie’s dedication and hard work paid off as she completed her NVQ Level 2 & 3, showcasing her commitment to her craft. With a passion for colouring and cutting, Millie has developed a love for transforming her clients’ hair. She specialises in Keratin Revolution Smoothing treatments and enjoys witnessing the amazing transformations that can be achieved. Whether you’re seeking a bold colour change or a remarkable difference in hair texture, Millie is the stylist for you. She thrives on challenges and is always excited to tackle new projects. In addition to her hairstyling expertise, Millie is also our go-to girl for stock check, organisation, and big clean-ups. About Daisy

Daisy is an integral part of the Cavell&Co team, joining us as our in-salon apprentice in 2023. As the only apprentice in our salon, Daisy keeps busy while also training to complete her NVQ Level 2. She spends one day per week at the Anglian Academy of Hair in Norwich, honing her skills and knowledge, and the rest of her working week with us at Cavell&Co. Daisy has a genuine passion for learning and is a fast learner. She appreciates that there is a vast amount to learn in the world of hairdressing, and she is always eager to expand her knowledge. Daisy’s enthusiasm and curiosity drive her to constantly seek new opportunities for growth and improvement. As Daisy continues her training, she is always on the lookout for models to practice cutting, coloring, and styling.
